Types of Grains and Pulses Sorting Devices

Types of Grains and Pulses Sorting Device

X-Ray

This technology, regardless of size, humidity or level of pollution, recognizes the product based on density. These machines continuously scan the bulk or packaged product with controlled X-rays to find and separate the stone, metal and glass in the product. Usually the accuracy of these machines is high and close to one hundred percent. These machines use a variety of mechanical separators.

Infrared Ray

Sorts by amount of water and creates a contrast between water-based products and other materials. This technology is very effective for sorting fruits and vegetables.

Color sorting

Color sorting machine means sorting by color and image. In fact, the main work of this device is by very powerful cameras, which have two of these cameras in each channel, and they can easily distinguish the product in terms of color and size.

Laser

Laser devices classify products based on color, size, and biological characteristics. Laser scanning also detects contaminants, even if the products are acceptable and the defects are the same color, it can distinguish the damaged material from the healthy one.

Types of models of grain and pulses sorting machines

The pulses sorting machines are divided into different types, by the amount of sorted output from the machine or the sorting speed of the product.

The classification of sorting devices is as follows:

• Mini sorting machine

• Monocot device

• Dual channel device

• Three channel device

• Four channel device

• Five channel device

• Six channel device

• Seven channel device

In the mini sorting machine, the output is about three hundred kilos per hour, and the single-channel machine has twice the output, and thus the output and speed of these devices get higher.

From the four-channel device onwards, in addition to the higher output value, there is a reverse channel, which has very little error, and the isolated waste is checked again.

The difference between a thresher and a sorter

The main task of the threshing machine is to separate grains such as rice, wheat, barley, and … from the husk so that only the main crop remains. In addition, the other job of this machine is to sift the grains so that it removes all the thorns, debris, soil, stones and in general all the waste that is in the grains.

But the sorter separates the waste left in the grains such as beans, rice, or wheat. In addition, it completely divides the product in terms of diameter and length.

What is the next step after sorting pulses?

After sorting the pulses, two more things have to be done to get the product ready to be delivered to the stores providing home consumer products.

• Polishing

• Packing

What is a grain and pulses polishing machine?

The grain and pulses polishing machine is used to polish the surface of the pulses for packaging in one-kilogram bags. It is very important that after packing, the packages do not have the least amount of soil at the bottom of the container. Therefore, a grain polishing machine with a capacity of 500 kg per hour can be easily used.

Types of pulses packing machines

The next step after polishing is to use a packing machine that has different types.

• one-pack packaging machine

• two-pack packaging machine

• Four-pack packaging machine

• ten-pack packaging machine

The difference between packaging machines is in their speed of operation and there is no difference in performance. Four-pack packaging machine can pack about 3 to 5 tons of product in at least 8 working hours, but smaller machines will definitely have a lower capacity that will not meet the customer’s needs.

Kian Karaman Aria trading corporation as a prominent company in importing grains and pulses uses first-class sorting machines for packing its products in order to deliver the best sorted products to its esteemed customers.
